Tapping – What is it Good For?

Tapping is the commonly used name for Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), a form of Energy Psychology developed in 1995 years by Gary Craig.
Gary is a Stanford-trained Engineer, so he has that linear/logical thinking down pat. He is also a student of “A Course in Miracles,” so he is a Spiritual Seeker. He developed EFT as a way for people to embody their spiritual selves. The phrase “I deeply and completely love and accept myself” is Gary’s own – from the teachings in A Course in Miracles.


I found Tapping (or Tapping found me) in 2010. I felt such a profound shift after just a short tapping round that I knew it was something I wanted to learn more about and share. I trained and received my Certification and have been a Tapping practitioner ever since.
